been on a diet for several weeks, and said tonight.. the heck with it....even jarad( subway guy) fell off the wagon a few times too..... cook basic 1 1/2 inch ribeye with dizzy dust.
plated on fine china with baked potato with butter, butter, cheese , cheese and more cheese
back on fruit, subways and chicken and salad again tomorrow
