Wanted to try Little Steven's upside down chicken. We had a sale on whole chickens this week,so perfect timing.
Some pics
The chicken rubbed with Bone dust

Broke my chicken stand trying to mod it
This is what I used instead

Almost finished

Hey JL, this is as close as I will let Holloway get

This turned out incredibly moist and very tasty. The skin was the best I have had yet. This will be how I cook whole chickens.

Thanks for looking
