I''l be on a small and mini - thought I would dispense with the meat this event. Subject to change of course.
Friday night - Crawfish pâté (making in Thursday and bringing if it is decent)
Saturday morning - Crawfish Fritatas
Fruititarian stuff - pimped up pineapple, bananas belinese, bananas foster maybe a few other fruits and possibly some spinach
Couple paninis may hit the Egg
Cornbread on the mini
After party - some chicken liver pâté and sweet pickled jalapenos on philly cheese and another pineapple
Saw a neat bumper sticker on a duelly pulling a long trailer with veal on the hoof - "Eat Beef, the west wasn't won on salad"

Friday night we have some dips, chips, pulled pork, slaw and maybe a cake.
Saturday we are doing bourbon meatballs, smoked turkey-ham, frito pie, and apple/tapioca cake.
Saturday night we plan on shrimp burgers and peach cobbler.Judy

Good lord...with those items I'm embarassed to do my more simplistic cooks. Starting off with some basic cinnamon rolls and sausage kolaches followed by barbq pork tenderloin sammies (in a biscuit), probably followed by barbq chicken thin crust pizza.
