I cooked some'en: Simple stake

Just a couple simple ribeyes in Mooor's for a spell. Got a day off and busy trying to play catch up around the place. The raws:

450ish with a chunk of hickory flipping every min. and fiveteen seconds till 130ish on the old Thermapen.

Would have liked some shrimps with it but not worth the drive back into the big city! :P

    Looks to me like you knocked it out of the park. 80's there as it is here today? I'd be willin to wager Auron is quite happy with steak and does not miss the shrimp. You and D. goin to OKC this Year?

    All 3 of us will be there. Wish my little green buddy was as well but such is life. Hate a lot want be there but where JL is a good time is sure to follow!! :laugh:

    Your steak dinner looks excellent Deane :) .....but that is certainly animal crueltly to place those steaks in front of poor Auron. :(

    Beautiful meal Deane! Auron is a beauty for sure. I'm surprised there are not droplets hanging off that tongue. Such a good boy.
