I have a Beef Shoulder roast. Long story short; I refuse to put it in the crock pot. I'm thinking about wrapping it in bacon and going L&S at 225* and letting my Xl have its way with it. Dizzy Pig mandatory. ;) foil at @ 165*.Pull and rest at @ 195*-200*. Pulled Beef??
More meat please !! :-)
