Took the day off b/c work has been so busy and stressful lately. Planned to do some house cleaning, reading, relax, etc. But what have I been doing all day...planning recipies and getting all my prep work done for cooking all day tomorrow! Gotta try out some new ideas for the Salado fest.

Eggdiction: when you finally have some free time and you spend it eggin' :woohoo:
