Big\'uns new rub!

Todd sent me some of his new rub to try..so I did. All I did was remove the membrane,apply the rub and smoke them with some sassafras chunks. No spritzing, no saucing ,foiling, etc. This rub is fantastic! 250 indirect and determined doneness with the bend test.
