Big\'uns new rub!

Todd sent me some of his new rub to try..so I did. All I did was remove the membrane,apply the rub and smoke them with some sassafras chunks. No spritzing, no saucing ,foiling, etc. This rub is fantastic! 250 indirect and determined doneness with the bend test.

No sauce needed with this rub!
I hope he starts selling this soon. It develops a great crust and has wonderful flavor.

Steve you got to bring a little of that rub to Salado.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
