Lot's of pizza pics this week so I will be quick! Leftover motivated dinner again tonight. Marinated flank steak from couple days ago; Bella shroom sauce (garlic, fresh thyme and parsley, cream), red onions and asparagus. It was really good, but bordering on too cold to be eggin'!

Hoss, thanks. Sorry, no recipe, very basic though. I think this is it: :laugh:
Started with a rue, 2Tbs butter, 2-3 Tbs flour
One large clove garlic, minced
3-4 sprigs fresh thyme leaves minced
1 Tbs of fresh chopped parsley
1/2 to 3/4 C Cream to desired thickness
1/2 to 3/4 C chopped Bella shrooms (I cooked them up a but before putting in sauce)
Pinch nutmeg
Salt and pepper -
