Florida Eggheads - need help

We have a friend in St. Augustine that just bought an egg and is having a hard time getting it up to temp to do a good sear. Is there anyone living in that area that could lend him a hand with a few good lessons????

Hey Sis. We are in FLA. About 3 hours from St. Augstine. Why don't you and Leroy come on down and we will go over and visit with your friends. We are having a ball by the way. Going back to Arkansas in about 3 weeks, so hurry.

If we wouldn't have just come off of a road trip to San Antonio I just might do it BUT...I've had enough of highway traffic to last me until we head to Salado. You'll have to eat all those fish yourself :laugh: It was a brilliant idea by the way Glad you are having fun. Behave yourself!
