    Chuck,[p]Count me in for the same setup. I really had problems with consistent bake vs. cheese melt until I settled on this setup. [p]It's funny...I'm in the pizza biz, probably have made a million or so pizzas in 23 years, but I still like to make it at home on the egg.

    Hooter,[p]I am amazed you even want to eat pizza when you get home. That is a great testimony to how good pizza on the egg actually is. [p]Were you at Eggfest in Waldorf last year?
