<p />Well the Eagles won and thats a good thing in my house. It was a great game and good times with family and friends.[p]We even ate good with some strombolis, pizza and garlic knots. I did 5 strombolis, three pepperoni and two using the mushroom/pancetta mixture recipe Mad Max posted. Three pizzas, a pepperoni, a margerita (sauce, fresh mozzarella, and some fresh basil added at the end) and a white made with roasted garlic(on the small this morning), mozzarella, roasted peppers and some basil thrown on at the end. Then I threw in a batch of garlic knots. [p]The mushroom/pancetta strombolis were a first try here and were very, VERY good. Spread a little roasted garlic, mozzarella and then the mushroom mixture on the dough a rolled as normal. We sprinkled a little romano and parmesian on the finished slices and man was this good eatin.[p]Have a great week everyone.[p]Chuck[p][p]
