<p />This bone in chuck roast was done at 300 dome temp less then two hours. Pulled at 150 internal temp, wrapped in foil for 3 hours. Man was it tender and very good. I think the bone in chuck roast is one that is overlooked. I will do more of them.[p]Jerry
