I have a great butcher. He trimmed a couple of bone-in rib roasts today and sold me the ribs. He knows I love them. What a great guy. ;)

My box of Carnivore sauce arrived from Big'un tonight, so I used his Carnivore Sweet as a dipping sauce. Holy Cow! Good stuff!
