    I have been checking the seller feed back and the seller has been getting negatives from the turbo tax she sold before the eggs. Not responding to anyone. I filed a case through eBay today.

    I'm not sure what the ramifications are from ebay but anybody taken on this whether you get your money back or not needs to file a complaint with the state's Attorney General's office. They're usually the only one's who will pursue it criminally. They consider it fraud while local police tell you it's a civil matter. And everybody needs to do it.

    Still waiting to hear from the seller. I have filed a claim through paypal. they have given the seller through the 10th to reply.
    As for filing with the AG would that be with Texas AG? (The sellers state?)
