Started it all off with a little snack.A nice hot ci skillet with a bunch of drawn butter and the scallops dusted on one side with Raging River and lightly on the other with Tsunami spin. Far and away the best I've ever had. They lasted only seconds once in the house

The turf was a couple of Ribeyes

Gavin kept the lobsters entertained while the meat cooked.

Finishing up the steaks. Big one got to 120 and the little one sprinted nicely to about 150 for momma.

While the meat rested in went the bugs.

Also got my lights hooked up finally and can now see what I'm burnin. if you look close you can see the fire inside the mini too. Spuds roasting on an open fire. :)

What a great meal to finish off the year. Here's to all of us having an Eggcelent New Year! B)
