Favorite Cut Of BEEF!
Grillin & Chillin
Posts: 733
Hello Everyone!
Wanted to share some photos of dinner which was a couple potato's mashed with beef gravy, butternut squash, some fresh green beans and my favorite cut of beef a 1.6 lb almost 2 inch thick Ribeye! Got the mini good and hot, rubbed with D.P. Raising The Steaks, cooked till internal temp of 136* and let it rest for 5 minutes. The wife and I sit next to each other and shared it. What a tasty meal! As we speak I have 26.62lb's of boneless Turkey Breasts , a total of 6, on my Weber Smokey Mountain 22.5" for 2 hours now and about 2 more to go. I usually slow cook 20-25 boneless Turkey Breasts each Christmas and give them away to my best clients. Last year I did 23 and my list is at 20 now, but I usually add more towards the end when I remember some people we forgot. I hope everyone is having Happy Holidays! With lots of Grillin & Chillin!

Good Stuff!"The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

My friend,it gets no better than sharing a meal with a loved one. That meal looked OUTSTANDING! Cudos to you for actually making something for your clients/friends rather than giving a token gift. That comes from the heart and I for one care not what vessle it was cooked on,I own several Webers. It is CHRISTMAS and the THOUGHT and LOVE is ALL that counts!
