Pepper Pilot wings

made several wings sat. night. I used some South Seas Heat from Pepper pilot on some. I dusted the wings several hours before the cook but it needed a dusting after the cook to really make them pop. Heat & sweet, thumbs up! Thanks for the samples!

Looks good Susan. What's that white stuff. :laugh: I got some of the PepperPilot too. Used it on some butts on the weekend. It was pretty spicy on the outer most part. Think it was Peri Peri

Sounds good, I just went to their website to find out what it was. Noticed the Egg on the website, of course:)

The peri peri immediately caught my eye because I have a African Soastie (sp) that I want to make.
