Dinner tonight - a nice meatloaf, some baked potatoes (the remains of which will become baked potato soup) and glazed carrots. I served it with the bacon jam mentioned the other day - my dad finished off about half the bottle with his meatloaf.

Took the opportunity to char a couple of onions and some ginger to make the stock for Pho with some nice oxtails I found in the bargain bin at the grocery store.
