Just dusted with DP shakin the tree and mixed up a herb butter with sage, rosemary and thyme and shoved some onion and celery in the cavity.

Thanks Gary,,, it was hard to watch it as I had my carport roof being held up with a car jack and 4x4 to replace a load bearing post so I made the mistake of chasing temps and tools all afternoon but it came out great
