Bought some beautiful root vegetables at the farmer's market this weekend. Roasted them up w/evoo and Richard FL's pepper blend and Indian Spice blend. Also marinated the end of pork tenderloin in sun dried tomato vinaigrette and rubbed w/DP Shakin the Tree. A wonderful end of fall meal, after putting up some of the Christmas decorations today!
