Pizza dough using 00 flour

I am going to attempt to make pizza dough for the first time. I will be using 00 type flour. Is the way to make the pizza dough the same as with other flours ? Can I make No-knead pizza dough with the 00 flour ? How long should the dough sit ?

Don't use all 00 flour. 2:1 'regular' to 00.

You can use it in any recipe, but the way you work it will be different. It won't be as springy as a high protein dough and is normally a very slack dough. You can roll it easily but it is difficult to slap or toss like a traditional pizza skin. The dough tears very easily.
