Almost forgot to take a picture they were almost gone!

Wow, what a terrific first cook, those ribs look delicious! I'm impressed you where able to maintain a low temp on your first cook, it took me awhile to work up the confidence to attempt a low and slow. And when I finally did I was paranoid the entire time!

I was only able to do it because of the fine people on here that gave me so much help. I am going to try a turkey for Thanksgiving next!
