Salmon tonight

Tonight's Salmon turned out to be my best effort so far (of 3 total). My wife likes a BBQ sauce on it, so I whipped up something quick, heated it, and added at last 3rd of cook.

375...On the plank with melted butter, Signore Bernardo Salmon/DP Raging River. Enjoyed it with a nice baby arugla/butter salad mix (been experimenting with dijon vinaigrettes), fresh carrots&green beans, and jasmine rice.

It was agreed we're gonna make this a once a week thing around here! Loved it!
