My egg fire used up all fuel (full ash basket of Royal) overnight and don’t know whether to trash the pork shoulder or just continue the cook.  Using L BGE with egggenius set at 225 which held perfect from 7pm til 1:30am. Couldn’t believe it used all fuel and temp alarm didn’t go off. The internal meat temp had gotten to 156 and of course the graph shows temp got down to 107.  Discovered fire out at 5:30 am.  Should I continue the cook or trash the pork ? I got it going again but don’t know if it will be safe
