Totally agree. If you aren't very experienced in trimming beef, let the guys that do it for a living do it for you.BuckeyeBob said:Last time I bought the whole tenderloin at Costco, I did a before and after comparison on the weight and determined that after trimming, I didn't really save anything on a per pound basis versus buying their trimmed version.
