  • First lamb ever

    This turned out way better than I had hoped. Never cooked lamb of any type but the BGE didn't disappoint. Rubbed it (boneless leg) with olive oil and lots of crushed garlic and then salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Cooked indirect at 350 until about 130. Potatoes from my garden underneath!

    Here's how the two filets turned out. I already ate one hunk and it was fantastic. Ended up using peach and pecan hunks.

    I have the woo3. You can use the plate setter with that. It also has the lower rack for searing if you want to put a CI grate down there. As for multi-lvl, I am waiting on another thread to see if a rig is available. Should be near the top of the discussions if you want to take a look.
