National BBQ Month sure was tasty! We hope you got to try just as many new BBQ recipes as we did and some old favorites as well. If not, you can find all our BBQ recipes here and try them out all summer long. One of our favorites was Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise and Ted Reader’s Rum Injected Sweet Potatoes. As the weather’s heating up, use your EGG for a cool treat-Ice Cream Sandwiches! Keep an eye out for some Father’s Day recipes from chefs & their dads, coming soon!

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the museum and culinary center too! 3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340

Never seen rolled ribs!  That is a great space saver. Idea will make the wife happy since I can put off buying an AR a little longer!  Thinking good Christmas present!
I've wondered if it could be done, googled, and got the thumbs up from @DMW and @SGH  a couple of solid chaps to listen to.

I've been wracking my brain trying to think of something simple to build for my MM. I was like you, either crouching down, or on a table I built that made it too high. This will be perfect. Thanks for sharing.

Sometimes with the Egg we learn more from out failures than our successes.  My first pizza turned out exceptional, and that made me a bit cocky, and the next couple were complete failures.  I learned a lot from that.  Get that pic sent to your dealer and get the fire ring replaced under warranty.  Don't let this set you back from doing more pies.  Once you get them right, you'll love them.

Congrats!  I can't believe how my MM took over the brunt of my cooking.  It also travels with me weekly when I work out of town.

Hate to ask...not but why not use your large from the start?
Because I wasn't putting the large in the back seat of my truck and lugging out to the lake.
