I've never owned any all-clad so I bought one 10" copper core fry pan. Is all-clad that good and I'm going to be kicking myself later?

My only pans I have are a basic $100 set that I've used for about 6 years. Should I stock up?

If you can afford it you won't regret it, I have the 1qt, 2qt, 4qt, large non stick, steamer and a 7 quart. It is unbelievable how much better they cook.

I hope I like these. I got the copper core 10" and 12" fry pan, 2 qt sauce, 2.5 qt Windsor, 3 qt saute pan and the 8 qt stainless stockpot.

There is someone I work with that is in need of some pans. Mine are in great shape but with him needing some and this sale, it's time to upgrade.

  • Re: Thin crust pizza success - finally!

Congrats and looks great! I'm 4 pizzas into learning how. I've been using Zippy's pizza dough recipe. How do you get the pizza dough to roll out nice and round? Do you have thick and thin areas in the crust?
