  • Re: First Lamb

For some reason the pics didn't get to my laptop. Forget my other post, it didn't happen.
  • First Lamb

Seared 2 minutes on each side direct on hot fire. Went indirect at 400 degrees, 8 minutes each side until 130 degrees in the loin. It was perfect med rare for us. Used EVOO, salt & pepper, garlic, and rosemary.

I have that unit without the bluetooth. I like it so far. Seems to be well built. Cooking thick pork chops as I type. Steaks and chicken breasts have turned out perfect. Rim to rim perfection doness every time.

Can you please share how you posted from your iPhone? Is there an app available?

My issue was I was using a web browser app called mercury. It a browser that wont put webpages into cell phone mode but it would not post pictures to this forum. I just switched back to safari, which is already on the iPhone, and it worked great. Just go to the forum via safari, log in, and post a picture. When taking a picture use landscape mode with the home button facing to the right. I you do not the picture will come out sideways when you post it. Hope that helps
Thanks. Think I figured it out.
