  • Re: OT - What are you doing right now?

Only 4 hours in and this bad boy is looking and smelling good. Internal is 112 degrees. See the spot where the liquid is pooling at the front left, when the internal gets over 120, I will dab the liquid off with a rag and reapply the rub so there is no skips or voids in the bark. If you try to wipe it now, you will do more harm than good. Just let her go until the internal is above 120 before you mess with it. Got a long way to go, but I will be standing by with plate in hand.

If it's wet you can stop rubbing it time to start probing.
  • Re: Lump Trivia ... The Beginning

Have to take into account lump type also. More dense lumps like FOGO or wicked good probably add 20% weight to your numbers.
  • Re: Yeti Rambler

I use my 20s more than my 30 but that's only cause I drink alcohol/coffee in my 20 and water in my 30.
  • Re: OT- Kitchen Remodel- Sink Question- OT

The only thing I can think of on the not compatible with garbage disposals is my new sink came with the part that goes in the bottom hole and it would not have worked with a garbage disposal it had built in strainers that were metal. The garbage disposal that I bought came with its own that fit it and thats what I had to use but I am not sure how a garbage disposal could not fit. Another tip when you install the disposal you can see the little black seal around the drain hole coming out slightly in my pic. Go get some plumbers putty and use it instead for this seal I saw it mentioned in multiple reviews where this seal moves a little and can start to leak. I pulled mine back out and changed it to the putty and haven't had any issues since.
  • Registering Yeti cooler

So @SGH posted awhile back when you register your Yeti cooler they send you one of their bottle openers which I have bought before and is $10. I went online and tried but I had thrown away the paper work with the registration number. When I was talking to the guy from Yeti about my 30 0z rambler warranty issue I mentioned I had lost the paper work to my coolers and he gave me 2 new codes over the phone to register them. Just registered and I have 2 bottle openers on the way. Just a heads up its worth it to spend the 2 minutes to register them.
