  • @northGAcock it was nice to actually cook something tonight.  The SRF was amazing, it was the most tender melt in your mouth steak I’ve ever had.
  • Looks amazing, the only thing your missing is some kimchi
  • We have 2 KJs and love them.  Chef Norah Grace has a classic 1 and a Joe JR.  For under $600 I’d buy it
  • @stlcharcoal I’m excited to see how well the new cooking system works in it.
  • Boy if I had that much cash I’d buy all of the pork butts and briskets for butt blast.  And all the briskets for brisket camp.

  • I love Italian sausage and pepper sandwiches.  Growing up my grandparents always served it up with some macaroni salad, and to this day that’s the way I do it.
  • @DoubleEgger it has more to do with me being able to lift the lid these days than anything else.  I like the Weber summit because the lid is light weight and easy for me to manage, just looking at options for my busted a$$.

  • @DoubleEgger Simple Green is an amazing product, we use it all the time.  Fast fall my eggmates were looking like well let’s just say crap.   Truth is I was embarrassed I had let them get that way, quick scrub with simple green and good as new.
