  • If I use the plate setter, I always put a drip pan on top of it; dry or with liquid.  It makes clean up so much easier.

  • Welcome on the grill. My lovely wife just told me to buy one, not even counting it against my Christmas gifts
  • I cook my pulled pork 20-22 hours and aim for 2 hours before I want to serve.  After I pull the butt(s) I put them in a cooler, covered with foil and a towel/blanket or two.  They will stay perfectly for at least 2 hours before I have to shred them.…
  • We've had our medium BGE for a couple of years now. Using Wicked Good I can get 22 hours when cooking a pork butt at 200F.
