  • Contact Randy (RRP). he will get you fixed up!!! I've ordered 3 from him this year.
  • Sorry for your loss :( . They never seem to hang around long enough. The black and white photo is definitely a "framer".
  • Rebecca, They were great. Hard to beat CWM ribs :P
  • Thanks Tim. They have become a regular menu item here so much that I don't even read the recipe anymore.
  • Thanks for the tips. Bitter sweet only had one night available. Grove park only had club level rooms available @ $850.00 a night plus meals and Biltmore tickets. I did find the Bohemian downtown was a little more affordable. If I don't come up wit…
  • They look great. Tomorrow it will be one year since CWM passed. I did not know him personally, but I thank him everytime I cook ribs. I made sure the menu tomorrow is built around CWM ribs.

  • It was one of the best I have eaten. Was this your recipe? I printed it off several weeks ago, but forgot who the author was.
  • I found the cake recipe somewhere on here. It wasn't in the cookbook. It was so easy and tasted so good. Here's the recipe Cast Iron Skillet Pineapple Upside Down Cake Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter 1 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup pecans, cho…
  • We always put the pork in the food saver with a little juice from the cook. We seal enough for a meal for 2 people. Reheat in the microwave or boiling water. We typically use the leftover meat in things like enchiladas or ABT'S.
  • The chicken looks great.. We have a Kramer dog too (pembroke corgi). Awesome pets!!! My best friend will be 16 in December.
  • Scott, Looks great!!! I agree that it needs to be thinner, but I'm sure it will still make great sammies
  • Steve, I have never had or even seen bocconcini before. Is this a Canadian thing or something I have over looked in the cheese section?
  • Tim, I think they look great! I have found that smaller chickens will dry out faster and don't yield that much meat. I try to buy 4-5 lb birds so there is always leftovers for the next day or chicken salad.
  • Thanks Tim, She has never ordered lamb when ate eat out, but always wanted a bite of mine. :ermm: Now she is sold!! I will say this about lamb...If it's not cooked right or it is a cheap grade of lamb it will taste very gamey (sp).
  • Bad spelling..too many Smithwick's . I have the basil growing in a pot on the front porch.
  • The ribs look great!!! I have never tried the bone sucking sauce before. How does it compare to Blues Hog
  • The salad is a simple caprese. Fresh tomato, buffalo mozzarella, basile topped with EVOO and cracked pepper.
  • Shrimp looks awesome. Anything for the egg is a perfect gift no matter what holiday it is!!
  • What cut do you normally use for lunch meat? This was my first try. Shaved it and it was very good, but if there is a less expensive route to go I'm in!!
  • We did a 3 pounder yesterday for french dip sammies. Went to 140 pulled, wrapped and put in the fridge. Came out a perfect medium/medium rare. Forgot to mention...We put it in the fridge so it would cool down quickly for shaving it on the meat slic…
  • Sounds like he needs some fire wires. Bet we could come up with those and ship at a reasonable price. I'm in!
  • Tuna looks perfect!!! What temp for the sear and how long on the tuna? We love avocado, but have never tried them any other way but chilled. Will be giving them a try on the egg after seeing yours.
  • I think Tony could be close, but if you consider what obstacles could pop up (responding to forum posts, phone calls, emptying the trash bag several times) I am guessing an hour 5 minutes. Now if the forum were to cease to exist during the shucking.…
  • Can't wait to see what a properly cooked one looks like
  • This is the one I used. I think it came from Loco_engineer. Cast Iron Skillet Pineapple Upside Down Cake Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter 1 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup pecans, chopped 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, eyes removed, and sliced …
  • You hit one of the contrast tabs at the top of the page. Click the bright white circle and all should be good.
  • This is the only place you wont get the "OMG are you obsessed" thing. That question never comes up since we all know the answer. Pizza still looks great store bought or not.
  • Great looking pizza Scott. Don't worry about the FB thing. I quit posting my cooks on there a long time ago.I guess my so called "friends" got tired of seeing my food pics after eating their less than enjoyable dinners
  • Thanks LC, Its amazing how something "fool proof" can go wrong by missing 2 letters IN as in "indirect not direct" :pinch:. Now all I have to figure out is how to clean the pan. Any suggestions?
  • Salvaged the pineapple cake in a great way. Got it cold, topped with a sauce made with pecans, Woodford reserve, honey, pineapple, brown sugar, butter and orange zest. Fresh whipped cream and served with Breyer's vanilla ice cream. We were very hap…
