  • What a great idea. I've done popper pizzas, but never a burger. I'm going to have to remember that.
  • Everything looks amazing. Pizzas look to die for.  How was the Zombie Dust? I've read a lot about it, but it doesn't make its way down to Texas. I'd love to try one some day, in the mean time I'll have to brew a clone recipe if I want to try it and …

  • Looks great, Dying. Cloves seem a little odd to put in barbacoa, though IMHO, but what the f do I know?
  • Smallest whole packer I've ever done was 5.46lbs and it was done in 7.5 hours. Treated it just like any other brisket I do. 250 at the grate level. Brisket was 100% grass fed locally.
  • Looks like a great boating trip.
  • MaskedMarvel said: @Cornholio homebrewer? Saw the bottle of StarSan and immediately thought the same thing. Just bottled a batch of Czech pilsner this weekend. Got two more batches to bottle next weekend and either brew a American wheat…
  • hey @smokingal ! Long time no see. I remember you from back on that other forum we used to be on along with Craig. So you disappear on us and then come back swinging for the fences with this post? You sure knocked it out of the park. Simply amazing.…
  • Those look amazing!!
  • Those are some killer looking cooks. I'm contemplating getting one for the ranch as my old offset down there rusted through. Father In Law said look up some different smokers and let him know which one I want. He didn't give a price range, but hopef…
  • Flame Boss. I've got the orginal 100 (most people have never seen that one) and the 200.
  • Happy Birthday, Mr. Chicken!!
  • Looks outstanding!!
  • Looks outstanding!! Nice char on it, but cooked beautifully on the inside.
  • Good looking lunch Mickey

  • What kind of of pizza are you looking for? Neaploitan, thin crust, New York, regular crust, pan pizza, deep dish? Temperature that you are going to cook it at is largely going to depend on the type of dough and the ingredients in it. Neapolitan will…

  • TEXASBGE2018 said: I talked to them the other day. They only had a few cooking spots left. That was last week. I was going to cook but may just attend this time. I don't think its that big of an event. They happen to say how many spots …
  • I was using the Adjustable Rig from the Ceramic Grill store, I think it was the second level up, so not all the way at the felt level. Most things I grill, I go around 450ish, but I think it was closer to 500 last night. I don't pay much attention t…
  • I will. Any idea how big an event this is? How many people cooking? Is it the first time they are holding it?
  • Hotch said: Shelly and I are cooking at this one! Then I will try my hardest to make it.
  • Don't have an XL, but couldn't recommend the Ceramic Grill Store more for all your BGE needs. Call Tom and he'll hook you up with what you need.
  • Chubbs said: Good to see you Griffin. Im not around much either with kids and a job change myself.  One question, were the cheese puffs raised direct or indirect?  indirect to get just a hint of smoke. LOL

  • Those are some mighty fine looking eats, Dying. I almost picked up that rub a few weeks ago. Now I really want to give it a try.
  • I need to get my wok out of the garage and put it to use. For all I know, it might need to be sanded down and reseasoned its been sitting so long. That chicken looks amazing.
  • Sounds great. Thanks for sharing your cook. Love seeing new ideas.
  • Austin Egghead said: Duke is one handsome young lad.  Love the look of enjoyment biting into that slider.  Congrats on the promo at works.  Have you left the bench to shuffle papers? Thank you. Most of my days involve shuffling papers …

  • Looks outstanding. Been way too long since I've made those. Need to do it again soon.
  • Can't comment on the second one, but the FlameBoss has never let me down. I've got the original one and the redesign. See no need for the wi-fi version, but that's just me.
  • Getting into brewing, huh? If you thought this forum spent all your money, you might want to rethink brewing. And stay away from HomeBrewTalk. You'll wind up broke as a joke. Naw, seriously, its a fun hobby and you can spend as much or as little as …
