  • Both places have cleavers, but, I'm sure you have a 20% discount ad from BB and B.Those coupons have a time limit on them; here in Gainesville they take them regardless of the date limit. However, Fishlessman is correct, but you may have a live chick…
  • I am very picky about cheese. If it stinks, has green or blue stuff growing on it, it stays on the plate. I would have no problem with Gouda in my meat loaf. That’s just me, if you are not sure; it is stronger than sharp cheddar. Good luck.
  • If you like those, while you're at it, give Sketchers "Shape Ups" a look see, they have been a God send for this old egger's feet
  • It's my understanding is that at a hog abattoir nothing is thrown away, no waste, everything gets eaten. No trash day!
  • This is old school, it's the way my mother made it, use a church ket and punch one hole in it. Good luck.
  • Thanks for asking. It turned out wonderful, the butt is in the cooler as advised. I did set it on a rack which was in a deep sided pan, and in the pan I put 3 cans of coca cola soda. When done I mixed that sause into a red wine BBQ sauce I got from…

  • I just put my 17 year old springer down Jan 2, 2010. If you can not make it home for lunch to walk the dog, and if you travel often, then get a cat. I am taking a sabbatical from careing for pets. They require a huge commitment. Don't jump if you c…
  • I smoked a Boston Butt the other day and draped the prepared bacon over the top of the meat. That is what went first before I could serve dinner. There is surely be an answer to your question, maybe from the wiz himself. Happy New Years
  • I have been using the BGE wax squares, but have been thinking of using my hand held MAP gas burner to start the lump. Any “do’s and don’ts”? Also I saw on a thread the other day a pix of a beer can in the fire pit cut up to smoke cheese. Could I …
  • This web site has a whole section on smoking cheese. It is in the lower section of the home page, good luck! http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/
  • You could be experiencing "Morton's Syndrom", when it rains, it pours.
  • I'm retired and I have been riding since 14. Right now I have an 01 Classic. I try to keep it looking new, e.g. silver gage faces, Rinehart true duals and for Christmas I am upgrading my sound system to a 2010 Ultra, CB and all. Are you attending…
  • And what model Harley do those keys fit? BTW I wish we had a meat shop here in Gainesville FL
  • Welcome, I too am a newbie, these people have all the answers and more. IMHO, I would put 4" caster on your table, that is if you're on a smooth surface. In Florida we have a Lafayette county, and it's pronounced La-fet by those who live there and …

  • I have the Bose lifestyle systems and they send me a new CD when they upgrade to a newer version. I have a Blue Ray player and matched with the quality of Bose... its awesome. With the options available these days, you will most likely be satisfied …
