  • I missed the whole pig but sure heard a lot about it! Every time the "viewing" came around there were too many people for me to get in close enough to see. Not real sure I wanted to see it anyway fro m some of the comments I heard!!
  • I had the same thing happen on my last brisket. 8 1/2 Lbs and cooked in just under 7 hrs. I thought all was lost but the darn thing turned out to be mighty tasty despite the short cook. Hopefully you will experience the same!
