  • What is the depth of your table?
  • I got 2 (or 12)
  • I live in Fargo, West Fargo to be exact.
  • I use it on Salmon. I put a little bit of olive oil on Salmon then sprinkle Tsunami Spin and wrap it up and let it sit while I prep egg. Grill to about 150 internal. Serve with baked broccoli.
  • Looks good but I gotta be honest, I truly lust after that table of yours.
  • I use some foundry gloves and also the gloves from Ace Hardware, grill life I think is the brand name. I can move grates, plate setters etc with no problems.
  • So WPB do you not use any of the built in mac chat features or is skype better than those? The wife and I like the chat and video chat features.

  • They sold some Original Charcoal Company Lump last year, 2 8# bags for about $5. I bought all I could haul at the time. Haven't seen it there since though.

  • I looked into that but it's about 18 hours travel to essex and then another 2 hours to Missoula. Just not in the cards this year it doesn't seem. I'll look forward to the pics.
  • It's been a really good one the past 2 years. Weather is wonderful and of course it's always a pleasure to spend the day with fellow eggers. Poolside does a great job with this fest.
  • That's one that I would love to attend. Wish there was an inexpensive and easy way to get there from Fargo.
  • You'll need to take into consideration the hinges during the opening and closing. Mine was built about an inch less than listed and the hinge would hit and the lid not open. Give it a dry run before screwing it down.
  • I plan on doing that. Probably even wash it to make sure i get that extra half ounce of dust off of it too. I'd hate for the wife to hurt herself moving it but I'll be right there with the moral support and supervision.
  • It's a good plan. I bribe my HVAC & Pharmacist who also happen to be my neighbors. Amazing how far a little thoughtfulness and a $10 piece of pork will go.
  • I've my eggs for 2 years+ and have been wanting to make bread. I finally did so yesterday. Now I can't stop. Did a regular loaf yesterday and made a parmesan, olive, rosemary & parmesan, rosemary this morning.
  • I melted the one on my medium and the one on my XL, both on the first cook. Been going strong ever since and that was over 2 years ago.
  • Other than whatever leftover chips there were from an earlier cook, I didn't use any smoking wood. Just regular lump. This was first ziti and i didn't want to impart too much of a smoky flavor.

  • last time i wrote that "note" i has lost all the hair on one arm, eyebrows, eyelashes and a portion of locks that cover the gourd.
  • We cooked 2 loaves. One egg and one oven. Egg has the nice crust and just a hint of smoky brick oven flavor. Oven was good but bland compared to the egg.
