  • Very impressive post, good work. 
  • Started the weekend with garlic and herb chops and a twice baked spud on the egg.  Side salad has the first cut of lettuce from the garden.  Beer is a local brewery’s summer offering.  
  • I cold smoke cheddar the with A-mazn smoker, let it mild out for 2 week in the fridge.  I like to use that on burgers.  I have also done smoked Gouda and I am also a fan of mozzarella.  
  • normally I skip the longer posts as they get a bit wordy, I read every word of this.  Incredible story and like many others incredibly jealous of the adventure and the cook.

  • Made a sausage/onion pizza followed by a pepperoni.  Dialed the temp back now and roasting some corn for a corn salsa with fish tacos tomorrow.
