    Hey dude! First of all, thanks for bringing up those old posts. Ya had these old bones confused :) Funny, cuz the one post for first timers is still pretty solid advice. Cooking a 7 pound brisket for 20 hours, maybe not so much. haha

    Man, the neighbors raved though. Anyways, smiling here after reading this stuff and realizing how long a go it was...and that I was still doing graphic design and about to start a company related to my Egg addiction.

      Thanks for not blasting me on it. Haha. On the main egghead forum page, you can select to go to the last page.

      That's all I did was head there and see what was there. I know tons of us love the dizzy pig products, so I didn't think it would be too controversial to bring 'em back.

      I just wish they still had pictures, because they all sound pretty excellent!
