put butt on at 5:00 last night and temp about 240 right now butt temp at 183 bumpede egg to about 265 how much longer you think it will take to get done? need to put some ribs on and let everybody know what time ready to eat. thanks.

Probably another hour and you will be in pullable range of 190. An hour and a half and I'd say you should be at 195.

By the way, If your ever running short on time on the tail end of a cook, you can bump it on up to 300 or even 325 if you need to. You can also wrap in HD foil and it will speed things up even faster.

its up to 190 so should be getting close thanks for help. egg held steady all night. i hope this turns out good. 1st time and feeding extra people.
