First time I attempt to do this. Do I cook this direct or indirect?

I've already put olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper on it, let it set in the fridge overnight.

atkheli1,
Lots of options, is it bone in?

Did a 4 1/2 pounder on the medium last week. 350F indirect, fat side up with bacon on it. seasoned. used plate setter legs up spacer between the pan plate settter and had mushrooms, onions white wine and beer in the pan for flavor. About 1 hour 15 minutes pulled at 140F and let rest for 20 minutes. GREAT MEAL!

You can go either way. Don't overcook - stop at 140 and rest 10-15 minutes.
If you go direct it would probably be better on a raised grid. Indirect would be fine. -
yes, it is bone-in.

I can't seem to get the temp to get to 350, and stay there. It's getting chilly and windy, and it's raining. I have both vents wide open.
-
I like them at 250* indirect, very moist.

Here is Celtic Spirit link or Thirdeye's. Both are very good for first timer.
