I got some Rainbow Trout and a small Salmon filet that I need to grill up. I've done them seperately on the grill but I was thinking about trying to do them both at the same time. Could I do both on a plank? I beleive they would cook about the same time/temp. Open for any and all suggestions, thx.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't do both at the same time just as long as they're the same size. I'd imagine that the trout is going to be a fair bit thinner than the salmon unless it is a piece from the tail. Whatever the case, no worries, if the salmon is thicker, toss the trout on a couple minutes after you get the salmon on."Tell me what you eat, and I will tell you who you are."
