Grilled Salmon

I have not grilled salmon in a long time and this really hit the spot. I gave the salmon a good coating with Dizzy Pig, Raging River rub and then coated it with mayonnaise.

I cooked it direct at 350-375, without flipping it. The skin came out really crisp and delicious.

I sauteed some asparagus and Susan made some yellow rice. All in all a PDG meal!
