Saturday Night Pizza

Did our weekly pizza thing. First shot is making the pie: one side for the wife -- stuffed crust with string motza rolled into the edge. Use frozen string cheese to keep it from "gooing" out all over - technique works pretty good. We like the hot-and-spicy Tabasco pepperoni, which is getting harder to find... Cooked at 500 for about 20-25 minutes.

    Not really. I like A LOT of garlic, oregano, basil, pepper, etc -- she not so much. My stuff pretty much stays on my side. After thirty years, my "sleep number" is a bit different from hers, but we tolerate a bit of "migration," nonetheless...
