La Bomba Antipasto

I was reading all the "rave reviews" about this product so I went out during my lunch break and got a jar from the grocery store. $8.29 + tax...pretty expensive...it better be damn good!
So my question is, is it typically just eaten with a cracker? Does anything else go with it?

Jasper,
If you really like it the Aurora office has a public store. It's about $5.50 per jar by the case of twelve. Gana Court, one light north of Derry off Tomken in Mississauga. Lots of other neat stuff too.

Thanks, I'll check it out if I really like it.
-
I got it from Loblaws, which is usually more expensive.
-
Use it as a marinade for shrimp.
-
its good as a condiment for a great italian sandwich, even good on a simple tomato sandwich, labomba on one side, mayo on the otherfukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it

on cheese
on crackers
on cheese and crackers
on frankfurters
on hamburgers
or by the spoonful straight!
Just keep that jar upright once opened as their seal will leak - don't ask a crying man why he knows that!Re-gasketing America one yard at a time. -

That sounds wonderful! I'll give that one a try. Always looking for a fun app.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I tried it out on a couple of different crackers, by the spoonful and mixed in with an egg white omelet.
Best was with a bagel cracker. I couldn't taste much of it with the egg white omelet. I was hoping it'd be much spicier. All-in-all it was good, I'll see how the rest of the jar goes with different foods. Wine, cheese and crackers are calling...
I like the idea of spreading it on a tomato sandwich. -
I agree, I have to try this one too.
-
Remember it's closed on Sat/Sun ... opened Mon-Fri only and only till 4:00 or 4:30pm.

Thanks Gary. I tried replying to your email but it bounced back.

That's strange. I just checked and can't see anything wrong. Instead of replying, can you try sending a new email through the forum please? Thanks.
