David in Spring Hill Fla,[p]Brisket marinated in Italian dressing, garlic, onions, and various spice rubs. Cooked for 7 hours and finally achieved bliss. Secret was slow cooking and wrapped in foil for the last hour. Also, the Redskins won so it was a GOOD day!!![p]Thanks for asking!!

Howdy David
Didn't get to cook today (except for some really nice golden brown hot dogs I egged for our family's lunch), but for dinner I stuffed myself to the gills at a local Thai restaurant. Man I can still taste it with every burp. One of the best meals I have had in a long time, and I cannot move. I am looking at this bottle of tums, but I don't even think I could fit one in right now.[p]Yep....daggonit....my Redskins pulled one out today. They looked fiesty, even though we can't pass the ball. My team won.

all due respect to the vet, and to Joe Gibbs for choosing him to lead the team......but he seems kinda dumb and clumsy to me. Imagine what the team would be like with a great QB.
