If you were going to a store that had every imaginable rub, sauce, and seasoning, what would you get? I'll be there this week and don't want to miss anything that I'll *NEED* later. I only go once a year.
So, suggestions please. I also have a huge meat order for cuts I cannot get here. Skirts, flat irons, dry aged, and ribs. The freezer will be full.
Please give me a list of what YOU would get.
Thanks It's www.junglejims.com in Fairfield, OH (Cinci area)

How do you only go once a year?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

It's a six hour drive. Once a year gives me something to look forward to for eleven months. But I do stock up. Have you been there? What do you buy?

No on been there.
Just hard to understand once per year (I am in the store sometimes 3 times a day on weekend).

It's not my local Walmart. JJ's is an event.

Buy one of everything! Then you'll have everything if you need it!

Jungle Jim's Introduced me to "Bone Suckin Sauce", and Bad Byron's Butt Rub. Since I moved away have not been back in 4 yrs, but step son made a special trip and all I could think of was a couple a bottles of "Blue's Hog" BBQ sauce since I have never tried it.

Get a pepper vodka for some added tableside drama and some great flavor.
Try Absolut Pappar

The next time you are cooking some steaks, warm (not boil) up a few ounces of this vodka in a saucepan, light it, and pour it over your finished steaks
That's what I'd get.

Don't forget to buy Bomba Rice for Paella in the Spanish section of Jungle Jims. I am fortunate to live about 10 miles from this crazy place. I love it and shop there at least once a month. They have a great wine section as well.
