Cheese crusted Prime

I had the second half of a prime rib that I had cut six steaks out of.Coated with Clearmans cheese butter- 475 for twenty min Raised and then drop to 325 until meat temp is 124.I had a hard time getting egg temp back to 325-but it was close.
Garden is still pumping out tomatoes
smoked Gouda and parm shrooms
probably 10 degrees moe than I wanted,but their were no leftovers

Man those tomato's look good our tmatoes here in southwest iowa are pretty crappy this year to much rain and then the heat we have the tomato blight, leaves die from the ground up very few good tomatos, ugly plants

Dale the cheese will stay on if you get the heat to 475 for 20 min any cooler and it will not crust.

Chev our plants have just done okay,but the yellow bell has 200-300 hanging it has been amazing!!
