Cheese crusted Prime

I had the second half of a prime rib that I had cut six steaks out of.Coated with Clearmans cheese butter- 475 for twenty min Raised and then drop to 325 until meat temp is 124.I had a hard time getting egg temp back to 325-but it was close.

probably 10 degrees moe than I wanted,but their were no leftovers
