My stoker temp probe is reading over 50 degrees off (high). Is it possible that I messed with a setting somewhere or is it just Broke. I have only used the food sensor a few times and have had the stoker over a year. Thanks for your help

It can be calibrated. Check Rock's website.
Are you SURE that it is the Stoker probe that is off?
How do you know? (Before changing the calibration....) -
I put the brisket on at noon temp after sitting an hour on the counter was according to stoker probe 176 then 6 hour later meat is 211. Thermapen says its 154 right now.

I'd probably check it in ice water and boiling water first. Temperatures are weird things and a slightly different placement of the two probes might give you that.
