Big Ribeyes (Pick Heavy)

I had the urge to cook a steak last night, and the butcher cut a couple of big ribeye for us. They weighed about a pound and a half each.
Seasoned up with salt and pepper, pretty simple

In the mean time, had some onions and mushrooms cooking on the small
After the rest and roasting
Done
We only got through about half of each steak, looks like steak sammies for lunch this week!

Dave I live in Ankeny you should of called then you wouldn't have to worry about those left overs. They sure look juicy. Where did you get them they look great.

We spend our weekends at Twin Lakes, so they actually came from a small town grocery store. It was kind of funny because they had some ribeye ready to go, but they were thin and didn't look so good. So, I asked the butcher if he would cut me two a little bigger. He asked how thick, and I told him an inch or just over. Needless to say his inch is a little bigger than my inch, but I am not complaining!
